KD Skin & Brows offers Microblading. Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique that utilizes a special handheld microblading eyebrow pen to create fuller, natural looking brows. Using the tool, hair-like strokes are drawn under the skin to mimic the natural hairs in your brows.
Microblading differs from cosmetic tattooing in that pigments are used instead of ink, which gives us the opportunity to work with changes in color, shape, and technique over time. With regular touch ups and great aftercare, it can last a lifetime. It’s great for those with alopecia or people who’ve gone through chemotherapy, or simply anyone who’s looking to step up their brow game.
*Maintenance is required to maintain desired results. Touch-ups are done every 8-14 months (depending on the individual) to maintain your brows.

How Microblading Works
In Person Consultation
Before any microblading session, I meet with the client for an in-person consultation. I go over the process and how it works, using a removable pencil to draw in your ideal shape. Once you’re completely comfortable with the shape and measurements of the brow, we’ll go over in detail how to prepare prior to your treatment.
The Microblading Process
- 1. Clean the area and apply numbing ointment
- 2. Draw the outline of the brows to ensure the right shape
- 3. Carefully microblade the brows
- 4. Schedule a follow-up appointment after 4-6 weeks
- 5. Follow-up appointment
I use a gentle numbing cream to make sure you are completely comfortable throughout the process; although microblading isn’t very painful, some people have skin more sensitive than others.
Typically, this is the shape we decided on during your consultation; however, we will always draw it out again to make sure you are completely satisfied!
We schedule a minimum of 2 hours for each microblading appointment to ensure that the process is not rushed and that your skin is absorbing the pigment as it should. Our first priority is the client, always! I want to make sure each and every treatment results in a look you love.
During this second appointment, we’ll layer the pigment and perfect the eyebrow.
Deposits
- A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
Scheduling
- Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine the day prior to your procedure.
- NO Retinols, AHA’S, Peels, Exfoliating Treatments for 3 weeks before and after your procedure.
- When you book, you will receive a copy of our procedure policies and are fully responsible for understanding it.

Aftercare
- NO Tanning 30 days before or after the treatment
- NO direct sun exposure
- NO Retinols, AHA’S, Peels, Exfoliating Treatments for 3 weeks before and after your procedure.
- YOU MUST BE OFF ACCUTANE or any prescribed acne medications for 1 year. No Exceptions!
- Do NOT pick during your healing process!
- Absolutely no public water (such as saunas or pools) or even sweating for 14 days following your procedure.
- All results vary. Fading WILL happen over time after each procedure. Since there is no control over our individual healing processes, you may still need to powder and/or pencil your eyebrows even after the healed results. Microblading is an enhancement to your natural brows…. not a permanent one.

Refunds / Cancellations
- NO REFUNDS will be given to any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled. No exceptions.
- If your appointment must be rescheduled for any reason, it must be done at least one week before the appointment date. No exceptions.
- Appointments that are rescheduled will require a new deposit.
- If for ANY reason the procedure can’t be performed day scheduled due to client not properly following instructions, client will still be responsible for the full service amount due.
